Wanted to send a "Thank You" on your efforts of growing with us. As any business, we are always trying to improve our customer service, which to that point requires changes from time to time on how we handle calls. Our customer base ranges from 18-80 year olds as well as many different ethnic backgrounds. Needless to say the communication gaps can be very challenging.
